Other Acquaintance does not exactly describe my relationship to Ron. He was more than a friend, much like a brother. I'm so glad I have many treasured memories to hold me till we meet again. May God give you the high notes in heaven you could not hit on earth.

My sincere condolences to the family.  I actually met Ron several years ago when up visiting from out of state.  We chatted into the wee hours while sitting by the river after everyone else had gone to sleep.  Of course that was after singing karaoke in his little shed that was Amazing!!  He was so kind-hearted and generous, and I enjoyed listening to him tell about his wife before her passing and his family, and all his years in the band.  It was such a lovely night that night.  I am so glad I was able to meet him.  A kind soul indeed.  Blessings to the family left behind.
