Kathleen (McCabe) Roberson

Kathleen Roberson, 63, of Campbells Island, East Moline, passed away with her family at her side, Saturday, April 27, 2019 at her home.

A visitation will be held from 11:00-1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 3 at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd, 1902-3^rd Avenue, East Moline.  Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be at a later date.   Memorials may be made to the family.

Kathleen was born October 16, 1955, in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Robert C. McCabe and Marjorie J. Morgan Boling.  She married Thomas Roberson on February 2, 1997 in East Moline.  Kathleen was a homemaker. 

Kathleen enjoyed gardening.  She was an avid pool player and a St. Louis Cardinals fan.  Kathleen loved being a grandmother.  She was known to have a special cupboard full of treats for her grandchildren.  She loved spending time with family.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Tom Roberson, East Moline, daughter; Melissa (Roy) Roberson, Bettendorf, step-children; Dawn Roberson, Belleville, IL, Thomas Roberson, Jr., East Moline, Jerry Roberson, Davenport, grandchildren; Tyler, Roy, and Devin, step-grandchildren; Tim, Nicholas, Brad, Kelli, Alexis, Alyssa, Holly, Cason, step great-grandchild, Thea, step-father, John Boling, Nicholasville, KY, sisters; Lori Morris, Lexington, KY, Terri (Ted)Buell, Nicholasville, KY, Cara (Ronald) Sly, Maywood, MO, and Lisa McCabe, Quincy, IL, brother; David McCabe, Nicholasville, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Joe Kruckenberg, brothers, John Dever, and Robert McCabe.
