Keith R. Sparrowgrove

Keith R.  Sparrowgrove, 53, of Carbon Cliff, IL passed peacefully in his home on June 12, 2019, just weeks after the discovery of cancer.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with the Home Going celebration at 6:30 pm on Monday, June 17. Both the Visitation and Funeral will be held at The Apostolic Sanctuary of the Quad Cities, 1501 John Deere Parkway, Silvis, IL. For those desiring to attend the Committal service, they should meet at the church at 11:15 am on Tuesday, June 18. Bishop Gary Randol will officiate. Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd, East Moline, is assisting the family.

Keith was born March 11, 1966, the son of Kenneth and Lois (Baird) Sparrowgrove.  He graduated from United Township High School, class of 1984.  He was a member and actively involved at The Apostolic Sanctuary of the Quad Cities, Silvis.  Keith could fix anything and was always the go to guy for anything mechanical or technical. Keith will be remembered for being a loving and devoted individual; he will be missed greatly. He married Starr on March, 28, 2011.

He is survived by his wife, Starr of Carbon Cliff, IL; daughter, Beverly Sparrowgrove; brothers Ronnie Washam, of Davenport, IA, James (Melissa) Sparrowgrove of Rockford, IL, Kenneth Sparrowgrove of Annawan, IL and Shawn (Jamie) Sparrowgrove of Poplar Grove, IL; sister Christine Zantow of Carbon Cliff, IL; several nieces and nephews and his cat Pepper. Memorials can be made to The Apostolic Sanctuary in his honor.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Gina Marie Baird.
