Brenda Lee Almanza, 51, of Hampton, IL, died Saturday, August 18, 2012 at home with her loving husband by her side. There will be cremation rites as per her wishes with no services.
Brenda was born February 28, 1961 in Maquoketa, IA, the daughter of Ronald and Darlene (Kemp) Carr. She married Paul "Tony" Almanza on August 12, 1978 and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister-in-law. Her family was most important to her and she loved life. She enjoyed being with her friends.
She is survived by her husband, sons, Paul Almanza Jr., Davenport, IA, daughters, Juanita Almanza, Hampton, Mindy (Julie) Almanza, Milan, IL, grandchildren, Ariel, Cera, Nano, Angela, Alexis, Breanna, Jacob, Kayla, Sean, Donavin, Madison and Aiden, brother, Roger Carr, Rock Island, sister, Rhonda Carr, Davenport, Teresa (Rick) Steffey, Goose Lake, IA, Tina Carr, Moline, a host of nieces and nephews, and special friend, Velvet Krum, Davenport. She is preceded in death by her parents.
