Camelia L. “Cam” Dale, of East Moline, went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.
There will be no services per her wishes. Cremation rites will be accorded. In lieu of memorials, take someone a treat and tell them Jesus loves them.
Camelia Laverne Hays was born January 9, 1929 in Corning, Arkansas. She was raised and loved by her sister and brother-in-law, Eunice and Cecil Murdock.
Cam married Roscoe L. Dale on March 21, 1947 in Moline. Together, they had five children. Roscoe passed December 25, 1979. Cam worked as a cook at a nursing home, last working in 1993. She enjoyed crossword puzzles. Cam loved being mom to her five children. Her faith in the Lord was first, foremost, and always.
She is survived by her loving sons, Jeffrey (Laura) Dale, East Moline, Brian (Charlene), East Moline, and Timothy Dale, Mexia, Texas, nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, her sisters, Estelee Adams, Tennessee, and “Little Sis” Patsy (Ted) Swanson, East Moline, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents, her husband, Roscoe, precious daughter, Amy, loving son, Michael, and great-grandson, Little Jon, and her seven brothers and sisters.
