Constance Box Obituary
Constance D. Box, 81, of Silvis, IL, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Aspen Health and Rehab Center, Silvis, IL. Her visitation will be Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 4:00 7:00 p.m. with services on Friday, April 4, at 10:00 a.m., at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., East Moline, IL. Rev. William Coley will officiate. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline.
Connie was born November 14, 1932, the daughter of Eileen Nickerson and Felton Bleuer. She worked as a Union Representative, Local 310, for LeClaire Hotel, Moline. She enjoyed yardsales, led the choir at Aspen, loved playing bingo, and spending time with the family.
She is survived by her son, Terry (Nancy) Vincent, Moline, daughter, Judy Johannsen, New Windsor, 6 grandchildren, Jana (Wade) Portner, Moline, Scott (Kim Plumb) Vincent, Port Byron, Mike (Shawn) Chaney, East Moline, Christy (Dave) Hiedeman, Cedar Rapids, Tom (Deena) Kitchen, Missouri, Ernie (Dana) Kitchen, Bettendorf, 18 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and sister, Cheryl (Gary) McCullough, MO.
She is preceded in death by her parents and daughters, June Lynn Vincent and Bonnie Chaney.
