Cynthia West Obituary
Cynthia E. West, 65, of East Moline, Illinois, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Trinity Rock Island. There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Hampton Township Cemetery, with Rev. Roland Bechtel officiating. Sullivan-Ellis Mortuarya, Ltd., East Moline, is handling arrangements.
Cynthia was born December 1, 1948 in Grinnell, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Helen (Hutchsen) Vines. She was a receptionist at Illini Hospital. Cynthia married Thomas West on February 10, 1973. She liked to knit and crochet and enjoyed reading.
She is survived by her husband, Tom, son, Andrew Edward West, Galesburg, IL, daughter, Amanda L. VanTreeck, Schboygan, WI, grandson, Kyle West, Texas, granddaughters, Cora Duffy, Adyan VanTreeck and Attius VanTreeck, all of Schboygan, WI.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters and a brother.
