Daniel P. Ochoa, Jr., 56, of East Moline, passed away, Sunday, January 16, 2022 at his home.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 P.M. Friday, January 28, 2022 at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., 1902-3rd Avenue East Moline. Deacon Bob DePauw will preside. Cremation rites will be accorded after services. Memorials may be made to the family.
Daniel Ochoa, Jr. was born September 10, 1965 in Muscatine, Iowa; the son of Daniel and Francisca (Pena) Ochoa. He was educated in Des Moines, Iowa. Daniel worked as a certified nursing assistant for Help at Home, last working in November. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys fan. A big joy in his life was dressing in nice clothes and his favorite cologne. Daniel enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Rosalinda (Francisco) Alberto, Mason City, Iowa, and Irma Sandoval, Mason City, Iowa, his brothers, Richard Ochoa, Muscatine, Iowa, and Joey Ochoa, Mason City, Iowa, his stepsister, Dulce La Payasa, Des Moines, Iowa, his nieces and nephews, Marcos Alberto, Mason City, Iowa, David Ochoa, Mason City, Iowa, Jessica Alberto, Mason City, Iowa, Antonio Sandoval, Mason City, Iowa, Richard Ochoa-Aguilar, Chicago, Illinois, Anissa Ochoa-Aguilar, Dallas Texas, several great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
