Elizabeth A Milton

Elizabeth A. Milton, 62, of East Moline, IL, died Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Visitation will be Saturday, March 16, 10:00 12:00 p.m., at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, East Moline, with services following at 12:00 p.m. Rev. P. W. Harris and Rev.Dr. Melvin Grimes will officiate. Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd. is assisting the family.

Elizabeth was born March 7, 1951 in Moline, the daughter of Otha and Dorothy Teague. She was married to James Milton in East Moline. Elizabeth was a school bus driver for the UT District No. 37 for 19 years.

Ann was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Her family was the light of her life. She also enjoyed cooking and traveling. Ann knew no strangers and would give the shirt off of her back. She was a wonderful mother-in-law, and will be sadly missed.

She is survived by her son, Ray (Jacki) Jenkins, East Moline, daughters, Yalanda (David) Cork, Indy, IN, Kyla Milton, East Moline, sister, Tika Emily Teague, Rock Island, brother, Otha (Marilyn) Teague, Chicago, IL, 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, James.
