Gary E Lockett

Gary E. Lockett, 59, of East Moline, IL, died Monday, November 26, 2012 at his home. Visitation will be Thursday, November 29, from 4:00 7:00 p.m. at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., East Moline, with services on Friday, November 30, at 10:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Rev. William Sandoval will officiate. Cremations rites will be accorded.

Gary was born February 1, 1953 in Moline, IL, the son of Eugene and Grace (Thompson) Lockett. He married Vicky Dobbels. Gary was a piece worker at Case IH for 30 years. He enjoyed Judo, fishing, basketball, gardening and cooking, and enjoyed his family. He loved his dog, Cole.

Gary is survived by his wife, Vicky, sons, Justin (Kate) Lockett, Davenport, IA, Alexander (Jamie) Lockett, Sacramento, CA, daughters, Tiffany Lockett, Moline, IL, Vannessa (Tim) Fanella, Rock Island, IL, Kasey Lockett, Silvis, IL, 2 grandsons, sister, Tammie Lockett, East Moline, 3 granddogs, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
