Leroy J. Breske, 75, of East Moline, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Hope Creek Nursing, Rehab, and Care, East Moline, Illinois.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Christ The King Catholic Church, Moline, Illinois. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., is assisting the family.
Leroy James Breske was born May 19, 1950 in Wausau, Wisconsin; the son of Sylvester R. and Virginia (Senoraski) Breske. He was a 1969 graduate of D C Senior High School, Scholfield, Wisconsin. Leroy married the love of his life, Judith A. Herman May 4, 1974 at St, Peters Catholic Church, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He worked twenty-three years for Case IH, East Moline, IL retiring in 2004.
Leroy and Judy have been members of Christ The King Catholic Church, Moline, IL for twenty -eight years. He was a lifetime fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. Leroy enjoyed golfing, bowling, and dancing with his wife. For several years, one could see Leroy and Judy riding their bicycles in East Moline. He also enjoyed dot to dots, word find, puzzles, reading, and playing cards.
Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 51 years, Judy, East Moline, his brother-in-law, Fred Pasnecker, Mosinee, Wisconsin, and his niece Christine Kaberna, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Virginia Breske, his sister, Carol Pasnecker, and his beloved dog, Gracie.
