Lori Ann Davis

Lori Ann Davis, 58, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at UnityPoint Trinity, Rock Island, IL.

Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., 1902-3^rd Avenue, East Moline.   Burial will be immediately after at Hampton Township Cemetery, Hampton, Illinois.

Lori Ann Davis was born April 25, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois; the daughter of Willie B. and Lola Jean (Clayton) Davis.  She worked at Benningan’s, Bettendorf, Iowa, as a cook, last working in 2010.  Lori Ann was a member of House of Prayer, Davenport, Iowa. She loved working in the culinary industry as well as cooking for her family.  Lori Ann loved to sing especially Blues, R&B, and Rap.  She was loved by the community.  Lori Ann was known to be very strong willed, and out spoken.  She was dedicated to her family and always very happy.  Lori Ann will be greatly missed by all.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, April Davis, Davenport, Iowa, David (Kizzi) Davis, Moline, and Velma Henderson, Rock Island, her grandchildren, Kalangilo Davis, D’Angilo Davis, Terreon Howard, Darray Sykes, and Javion Dapri, her step grandchildren, Jordan, Daijon, Darius, and Amaya, her sisters, Gwendolyn Davis, Missouri, Phyllis Davis, Missouri, and Darlene Clayton, Moline and her brothers, David Clayton, Moline, Willie Davis, Jr.Cedar Rapids, Iowa, her sisters,  Sarah Davis, Rock Island, and Michelle Davis, Moline, Illinois, a special friend, Tenesha Allen, Moline, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers, Tyrice Davis, and Phil Davis.
