Louis Hampton Obituary
Louis D. Hampton, 83, a resident of East Moline, IL, passed away peacefully in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 27, 2013. He was currently visiting his brother in Las Vegas. His visitation will be Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at Gaines Chapel AME Church, East Moline, with services following at 10:00 a.m. Burial is in Hampton Township Cemetery. Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., East Moline is handling arrangements.
Louis was born March 28, 1929 in Crossett, Arkansas, the son of Leroy and Ida Mae Hampton. He is survived by his brother, Roy Hampton, Las Vegas, NV, and a host of nieces and nephews.
