Nancy Vincent Obituary
Nancy J. Vincent, 68, of East Moline, IL, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Unity Point Health Trinity, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will beThursday, May 22, 2014, 4:00 7:00 p.m., at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., East Moline. Services will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, Port Byron, IL. Rev. Dennis Zuercher will officiate. Burial is in Dayton Corners Cemetery, Colona, IL.
Nancy was born September 13, 1945 in Moline, IL, the daughter of Robert E. and Helen (Hauschild) Edgar. She married Terry Vincent on February 26, 1966 in Port Byron. She worked at Oscar Meyer for 30 years and retired in 2000 and later worked with Terry and did all of the administrative work for Total Value Appraisal and Homestar Realty.
She is survived by her husband, Terry, daughter, Jana (Wade) Portner, Moline, son, Scott (Kim Plumb) Vincent, Port Byron, grandchildren, Ryan Utter, Amanda Vincent, Nic Vincent, Andrew Portner, Tanner Portner, Chase Portner and 1 great grandchild, Ryder Vincent, brothers, Ralph (Ann) Edgar, Cordova, IL, Richard (Judy) Edgar, Houston, Tx, sisters, Marilyn (Bob) Lindman, Land O Lakes, MN, 17 nieces and nephews, and 25 great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death her parents, father-in-law, William Anthony, mother-in-law Connie Box, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marvin and Bonnie Chaney.
