Patsy Jane Harper, 63, of Moline, Illinois, died Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Trinity Rock Island Hospital. There will be a Memorial Service for her at a later date.
Patsy was born July 23, 1949 in Knoxville, TN, the daughter of Lenard and Genevieve (Sluder) Harper. She was a homemaker and loved being by the ocean. She enjoyed drawing, coloring and playing Bingo.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Scott) Broer, Moline, IL, son, John (Kim) Thomas, Knoxville, TN, , grandson, Michael, granddaughters, Makayla, Miranda, and Melea, great grandchildren, Payton and Gaivan, and sister, Judy Harper, Lake City, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.
