Obituary
Patti Combs, 60, of Silvis, passed Monday, January 9, 2023 at Genesis Medical Center, Silvis, Illinois.
As per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
Patti Jo Combs was born September 6, 1962 in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina; the daughter of James and Betty (Adams) Combs. Patti attended Riverdale schools, Port Byron, Illinois from kindergarten to her graduation in 1981. Patti was a compassionate caregiver to the aged and infirm for most of her life. She was a lifelong crafter with an emphasis on needlepoint, sewing, and crocheting.
Patti was a loving and dedicated mother to Constance Nicole and Cody Seville (Jena) Combs; a doting grandmother of Violet. Her daughter’s precious puppy “Gizmo” was her fur grandson. In addition to her cherished children, her siblings, Dick (Glenda) Gall, Rapid City, Larry Gall, Des Moines, Iowa, Marianne Warwick, Becki (Mike) Winger, Rapid City, Micki (David) Holcomb, Albany, Illinois, and Pennie (David) Reeves, Camanche, Iowa are left to honor her memory. Patti will also be deeply missed by many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Terry Gall, and her nephew, Corey Gall.
