Tricia Jenice (Woods) Woods-Zamora

Tricia Jenice Woods-Zamora, 52, of East Moline, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Fresenius Medical Center, Silvis, Illinois.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2024 at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  Pastor P. Wonder Harris will officiate.  Burial will be at Hampton Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to ST. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Tricia Jenice Woods was born March 9, 1972 in Silvis; the daughter of Willie James Woods Jr. and Barbara Brown.  She was a 1990 graduate of United Township High School.  Upon graduation, Tricia lived in Minnesota.  Because of illness, she came back to East Moine.  Tricia enjoyed food and trying new recipes, reading and music.  She loved to dance. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Barbara Woods, East Moline, her brother, Willie James Woods III, her nieces and nephews, Sativa Woods, Trai Woods, Kathleen Jenice Woods, Timothy Hoye, and Breanna Hoye, host of great nephews and nieces, aunts, and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her father, Willie James Woods, jr., her sister, Rosalyn Yolanda Woods-Hoye, and her maternal grandparents, Alma Nadine King and Eugene King and paternal grandparents, Willie James Woods and Frankie Woods.
