William Bessert Obituary
William R. Bessert, 59, of Moline, died Thursday, March 8, 2012, at Parkview Health and Rehab Center, East Moline after an extended illness. Cremation rites were accorded. A private service will be held at a later date.
William was born June 14, 1952 in Moline, IL, to Maynard J. and Gloria (Figg) Bessert.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria (Albert) Doeckel, Silvis, IL, daughter, Genny Stiller, Japan, 2 granddaughters, Emma and Sophie Stiller, Japan, sisters, Linda (Bill) Verstraete, Silvis, IL, Lela (Michael) Spires, Fairfield, TX, brother, Carl Bessert, Moline, IL, and very special friends, Brian Adlsinger and Becky Hudson.
He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Stephen.
