William Bill G Bunn

William "Bill" G. Bunn, 61, of East Moline, IL, died Monday, June 4, 2012 at Trinity Rock Island, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Visitation will be Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 5:00 8:00 p.m. and Friday, June 8, from 11:30 1:30 p.m., at Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd., East Moline, with services following at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Daniel Boyer will officiate. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery after services with military rites conducted by the Mexican American Veteran Association.

William was born May 18, 1951 in Marshfield, Wisconsin, the son of Sherman Francis and Elizabeth E. Bunn. He married Sandra LeMaster Copley on October 16, 1971 in Moline. Bill was a US Navy Veteran. He was a machinist at the Rock Island Arsenal and a member of AEFG 2119 Union.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra, daughter, Amy (Shannon) Graham, sons, Todd (Lisa) Copley, Adam (Dominique) Nichols, all of East Moline, Casey (Barbara) Nichols, Montgomery, IL, grandchildren, Hannah, Trace and Lucas Graham, Jacob Copley, Gary (Sarah) Roberson, Rock Island, Kaitlyn Roberson, East Moline, Cailey and William Nichols, Montgomery, IL, sister, Mary Lynn (Paul) Schwartz, Queens, NY, special niece, Mandi Spicer, Silvis, IL and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Traci Bunn, parents and a special brother-in-law, Kent LeMaster.
